Any members located on Oahu?
Curious if any of the cars I've seen on the island belong to anyone on this board. One each of white, dark grey, and red n/a 944's. All in the Kaneohe area.

There are some openings for professional surfer, apply at the North Shore 
Seriously though my job (navy aviation mechanic) brought me here, but my wife is struggling to find one and she has far more education than I do.

Yeah that's why I'm not there, good jobs (not maid/waiter/bartender, not that there is anything wrong with those!) are hard to find. I had friends on the big island (Hilo)looking for me. Kawaii is nice also.

If only I was one of the chosen that could afford the beach front house and the new porsche!

I bought my 944 on Oahu. I lived there for three years. Both of my kids were born there. I moved to Washington State, and now I am in Texas. Man do I miss Hawaii.
There is a really good P-car shop in Honolulu. Air Cooled, owned by a guy named Chris. They helped me out when I first got my car.

Yep,
I did the Hawaii thing too... I was stationed at Schofield Bks, my daughter was born there too: Tripler. I also dearly miss Hawaii... Going to the Hale Koa on the weekends, North Shore, too much to list on and on...
