Question Extra gears

I'm driving to work in the rain and fog this morning and I make a right turn onto the highway. As I make the turn, I see a semi barreling down on me with his lights off! I gun it to keep from becoming road kill and level out at the speed limit of 55-60 mph. Here's my question: when I hit 60, I still had 2-3 gears left over. What am I supposed to do with them?

Michelle... the extra gears are spares. They're only to be used after you wear out the ones you normally use....;-)

If this was your first excursion to the redline in first & second, I bet you were grinnin' after you quit shakin'.

Actually those are for people at the top of their class in driver education. Hence the term gearhead. You should only use them after drivers education training
