They only torque to 5 ft. lbs.

Clean them up with a die, and reuse them. Removing them from the block will cause more headaches.

 

So Mark, did you use new studs or not? Also, are they all the same size?

No, I just cleaned up and reused the original studs after all that.

No, they are not all the same length. I did look into replacements -- there are studs from Porsche with part #'s for other applications that are slightly longer, but should work fine, IIRC.

Zims of course is very good, although I'd verify with them the kit actually has the studs, and not just the bolts (I don't see studs in the kit photo, but it could just be me.)
