Post bass blocking capacitors -- value

hey any of you out there that have put in a subwoofer and put a cap on the 4X6's to cut the bass on them -- what size cap worked for you?

600Hz or 800Hz I recommend. I'm running the 600Hz currently but if you like it extremely loud do the 800Hz bass blockers.

This is a site that helped me design some crossovers to pull the bass out of the highs, band pass the mids and pull the highs out of the sub. I ended up making up one copper clad board for the whole thing that fit the bottom of the glove box. Everything you need is there.
