Default Driver seat removal

I am just starting my new relationship with my 85.5 944 and plan to remove my seats to replace the carpets. Is there anything I should look out for when removing the motorized drivers seat?

Thanks for any heads-up you might offer.

Nothing to it. Don't use one of the rounded hex-head type wrenches. Make sure that your wrench is seated well into the head. I gently smack my wrench with a hammer to "wake up" the bolt. Should be 6 bolts per seat. Power connector is on the bottom and straight forward.

Also it helps to fold the seat down to get it out. And they are heavier then they look.
