Default how much fabric to cover sport seat?

I need to recover my sport seats(2) with cloth. I will only need to do them as pictured. The black vinyl will stay.

I can't really answer your question, but those are regular seats. Not sport seats. Lol.

And if I remember correctly, a full cow hide will do 2 complete seats.

Depending on how fat the cow is, I think a cow hide is about 6 sq. yds.... so the same size should work for cloth.

Unless you're using Alcantara, fabric is pretty cheap. Buy a bunch of it, redo your seats, then make your wife a dress from the leftovers. lol

100 yds should do the job.

When I first got my car, I was going to buy a set of torn up sport seats and recover them, in leather, myself.

This being my first Porsche, I was ignorant to the fact that money, in a "new to you" 944, does not go for "fixing it up" nearly as much as it goes for just "fixing it" lol.

Here is a web site to a Porsche OEM Fabric shop. You can use Google Translate to translate the page. http://www.sitzklinik.de/index.html
