I suppose if you had an extra elbow, that'd work great. That's right where my arm is when shifting - I can't imagine the contorsion required to do it with my coffee sitting there.

The best I've seen for these cars is in the dash vent, hanging on the door (against window), or clipped to the passenger side left leg area (attached to the center console) - this is what I use, works great - get a cheap plastic window cup holder and fasten to center console using heavy duty hook & latch (Velcro of sorts) - mine's Hot Pink!

Or, you could get one of these:

Yea, that's the one from Prestige in the UK...certainly on the top of my list! Well if I can make it another month without a costly repair I'll be ordering one!!

you know you want 2 and with that cupholder your drink wont spill during autox


(the plastic one is much cheaper)
