I think I may be going, I know earlier I briefly talked about hooking up with John D along the way, so I'm sure there will be some people going. Also, does anyone know about hotels out there, like what is closest and least expensive?
BTW I believe it is April 26

I just got reservations at hotel hershey for the night of the 26th with the other guys from RPM, Post hershey party yay!

last year we just crashed at a crappy motel right outside of hershey. Its only for 2 nights, and it was only about 4 miles from the park.

 

Did you make reservations or just show up and get a room? I'm probably only staying friday night, but I'm not sure yet.

Don't forget, this is off season for Hershey Park-I've got to believe there are a gazillion hotel rooms within 10 miles or so-this is one of the northeast's biggest tourist areas.

 

I want to go! John D., are you going to have a booth or anything there set up? Does anyone know this to be the case? (in case John doesn't see this post)

ok, I went last year and had a booth that I sold parts at. I will most likely do the same this year. Last year I was told that there was going to be a rennlist booth, but there was not. I mad a sign asking any rennlisters to come say hi and I was able to meet a few of you.

I will most likely get two spaces this year, one to park the Pcar in and one to sell stuff from. I would be more than happy to have this be a meeting are if John D does not set something up. Also if anyone would like to go in with me on a space that would be great as I do not have as much stuff to sell this year. As for rooms, it's a good idea to make reservations. I would love it if we could come up with a meeting/drinking/eating place the night before, as I usualy just spend that night driveing from one hotel parking lot to the other looking at P cars

 

eurospeed (what's your name?) how much would you require to "go in with you" on the booth?

I'd just want someplace to put up a "P-CarOnline.com" sign and maybe some fliers for folks to take with them. Maybe a drawing/give-away thing. That wouldn't require a lot of room... what do you think? If there is a Rennlist one, maybe John D. will let me go in with him. Everyone getting booths should get them in the same area.

I'm thinking about going this year - a caravan up there would certainly sweeten the pot. Anyone up for caravaning a few P-cars?
