Default Cookie cutters

I just bought a 1984 944 race car which has 16" phone dials on it. I need another backup set of tires and I'm wondering if a 15" cookie cutter would fit on the car as it has been fitted with turbo brakes. Also, I understand the phone dials weigh 15 lbs but does anyone know offhand what the cookie cutters weigh?

thanks all for your help

Not sure the cookies will clear the brakes.

No 15 inch wheel will clear the turbo brakes.
