i been chasing this chuggin' noise on my 84NA for weeks and cant figger it out---

when it coasting or decelerating it makes a chugging noise. i removed the ebrake shoes i thought it might be the brakes or a warped disc, but checked all of that,i tore apart the front wheel bearings, but no

could it be the drive axles? any input would be cool--
