Post Who's 944 do I keep seeing in Arlington, TX???

I've seen a couple 944's in the area and wonder if they are on here. If so, HI. I live just north of the ballpark and have the black/black turbo. We should get together and have a pizza run or something.

It's good to know the other's you live around in case you need to test a relay or something with another car...

Well, I haven't seen the burgandy one, but I see a red one a few times a month.....

One day however, I saw a sweet **** black 968 coupe on I30.. we kind of rode side-by-side and gave a nod. It was the first time I'd seen a 968 in my life.. I thought it was another 44 from the side, but then saw the back and was like.. "what the crap is that!?!" and was in love ever since.... ONE DAY I will get a 968, but can't decide on coupe or cabrio.

There are quite a number of 944's and 968's in the DFW area. I've seen a red, black, metalic blue 968, red 968 cab. I've also seen a few 951 and N/A's. I don't see very many S's or S2's though.

We should give a holler and get together for a little car show or something.

It might be me. I live 2-1/2 miles due south of the Ballpark. Or it might be a guy I just met through E-bay this week who was selling his red 944 but had no bids. He told me through e-mails that he worked off Ballpark Way. Anyway meeting up for Pizza sounds good. I too am a Maverick region member.
