After alot of diagnosing, all it took was spraying a can of carb cleaner through the top and out the bottom of the fuel distributor and it ran perfect.
Done everything moves freely.

I have updated information on this.

**Pressure Readings**

Cold- 25lbs 1.7 BAR

Warm- 65lbs 4.5 BAR

Valve Closed 75 lbs 5.0 BAR

RPM loss is above 3,000 RPM
