I don't know.

At the very least you would need to source late offset tie rods.

Can anyone else answer the 968 fitment question?

Yes it will bolt right up. You will need the late offset tie rods.

The late offset power steering rods will not fit a manual rack. Power rack has female threads, manual rack has male threads.

I think that he means the late offset tie rods for a manual rack... usually only available through Porsche in Europe.

I am well aware of the thread difference, and did not mean for someone to purchase the power steering rods. Thanks for your input.

A manual rack from an early 944 will work in any late 944 or 968 if you do one of these:

1. Buy special late manual tie rods which are about $180 each.
2. Reuse the early manual tie rods which came with the manual rack, along with your 968's PS tie-rod ends, and connect the manual tie rods (female) to the PS tie rod ends (female) using a threaded shaft. You need 2 pieces of M14-1.50 about 3 inches long.

See this thread, this man is a genius: https://rennlist.com/forums/924-931-...-solution.html
