Default front spacer/dust cap fitment problem

I bought a set of 1" front wheel spacers but they wont sit flush due to the bearing dust cap. Do I remove the cap, attach the spacer and mount the cap on the outside hole of the spacer? I have another spare spacer that is tapered which allows for the cap to slide under it without removal. Anyone had this issue? Do I need to return them? They fit fine on the back.

The spacer should allow for the dust cap. You might have problems putting the dust cap on the spacer haha.

Yeah...this getting incredibly frustrating. I've ordered from three different places and they all have the same design. I doubled checked the photos before I ordered but the ones I received arent beveled. Who the hell makes 1" inch spacers that will fit? Anyone have a link?
