That 930 is sweeeeeet. I think the slantnose hardtop is one of the top-three best looking street Porsches ever. That color is great. It really reminds me of the cool greens, oranges, mustard-yellows, and metallic golds which were available on the older 911s and 914s. I'm sure I'll catch some flames for this, but with the exception of those funny Strosek lights, that 928 is absolutely amazing!

 

Personally I really like the color. It is unique and dramatic. The 928 look hidious and think the color would look bad on a 944.

Then again maybe it is just because the it is a FACTORY special order on the 930 and Not an aftermarket redo.

I guess anybody can do a respray like that, but to come from the factory like that makes it cools. Strange I guess

Wow, that's pretty nice! Personally, I'd like a little more red in that paint. Like this McLaren that was at Willow Springs last year. Supposedly only a couple weres painted this "Burnt Orange" color:

IIRC that is a factory color, think 914, I also have some recollection of possibly an Excellence magazine article of someone who either bought or tested a new Porsche with a "bright metallic orange" paint job of something like that.

I have sworn I can't afford a 968...
But if that gold one is for sale I might have to call the bank!
