I cut the wire so I could get a BF 22mm box end on the sensor. dosed it good with penetrating oil. Waited a couple of hours and with all the gusto I couild manage it finally came out, tough all the way. The new one screwed in by hand....

good idea! thnx. also.....my car seems to run better w/ the sensor unplugged.....anyone know if it will "hurt" anything by leaving it unplugged for the auto-x tomorrow, or is it a safe bet to just leave the old one connected for now? thnx
