I need to know which hose geht to which pipe on this valve. According to Haynes page54 pic 6.6 it is a vacuum solenoid and it is located near the 4th cylinder. I am not sure what is there for. Heating system or fuel system or??????

any body knows what is this for and which hose goes where? It is a small valve with two smal plastic pipes on it looks like an V on the top of the valve. One of teh pipes has white ring around it.
