Default frond sway bar mount weld nut stripped/ captured nut for seat spins...

yesterday i experienced two frustrating problems:

#1
one of the sway bar mounting weld nuts was stripped by a mechanic or owner at some point in its life. i found the bolt in the belly pan, and it it will not grab when threaded in. unfortunately the weld nut is inside the frame horn and can not be accessed.

#2
one of the passenger seat bolts was also loose, and after investigation i found that the treads are fine, but the nut spins inside of the seat mount.

if anyone has any advice on the best method to fix these, please let me know...

thank you (and thank you to those that have helped with other issues i have had) this is a great site.

cut an access hole where there is little stress on the metal so you can reach in and counterhold the nut.
