Default oil leak, pressure valve? PIC

So, I think I traced my leak to the area just to the left of the orange dot.

Is there a gasket or o-ring I can easily replace or do I need to reseal the entire oil cooler? I have no oil in my coolant.

Any one DIY this I would love to know how to do it.

Thanks.

Is it item #37 or #39 in the drawing? And do I simply unscrew the unit, put washer in, and then screw in? Is it that simple?

I don't see why it wouldn't be...buy both, a whopping $1.50 down the drain if it doesn't work?

If you are that worried, spend the $40

Just looking for an answer as to if I can just unscrew it without needing the special tool or oil and coolant pouring out?
