Post wet drivers side floor.

It is water, and it only drips down when it's raining, so I've ruled out the slave cylinder, that happend ounce before though. anyway, I haven't had time to source it do to work, any suggestions to help me shortcut my search? Water driping down from the proximity of the fuse box gives me the wileys. Thanks all.

I would say your windshield is leaking, the gasket dries up and shrinks. Best to have it reset or you could seal it yourself by injecting silicone under the edge.

Besides the windshield, look around the fuse box from the top. If your side drain is clogged you will get a small lake forming and it will find any weakness. There is a wiring grommet to the forward and right of the fuse box, a couple inches away. That may be leaking.

Also, if you have had any aftermarket alarms or stereos put in, the installer may have punched holes in the area to get inside the fuse box and didn't seal them properly.

Suggest opening hood and check if there is water accumulation in front of the firewall. If so, there are small drain plugs in front of the air box that may be clogged. There are drain plugs on both sides. I had my right one clogged and it filled water around battery, and cause the passenger side to get wet.

Great suggestions! I have the same problem--dripping water from under the dash, right over the clutch pedal. But only in a huge downpour. Dry otherwise...

I'll check those drain plugs!

I had the same problem...some of it was due to
my own fault....the person who owned the car before me had jury rigged a horn with air hose,
motors and stuff....!what a mess..!
so I proceeded to rip all that junk out
but I forgot to fill the screw holes in the water wells above the fuse box...UGH..!what a mess..!
I found the problem by popping the hood and used a work light (in the dark is better)to get the light to seep thru, stuck my head
under the dash and could clearly see the light streaming thru....Now all better...

Yeah...good idea. Dark garage, work light in the engine bay--any light means a hole seeping through into the cabin! Gotta try that, specially while the poor car just sits due to all the snow we've had!
