Default S2 Owners - could you post a pic of engine heat shield?

Fellow S2 Owners - would you lend a hand by posting a pic of the installed heat shield on the passenger side of the engine? Tried Search -but no joy. I'm reinstalling mine, and (sigh) didn't take a picture before removing. I know it's a pain to put in even under the best of circumstances. Now - it's been out so long I can't remember just how those two pieces fit in. So - after a puzzled evening, thought I'd make my plea to the group. Thanks in advance!

Can't see these being a big help, but here you go.

ArcticSteve -

Thanks for posting, that's the right area of the engine compartment. But the shield in the '89 S2 I have is two pieces of formed sheet metal, roughly 6" wide. It fits somehow between the exhaust header and that horizontal coolant pipe. Maybe Porsche eliminated it for '90 models (??).

There are tow 5mm allens holding a support for the heat shield right at the seam where the two pieces are bolted together. A third allen is just to the left of the oil filter, that one is a tight fit to get to.

Karl -

Thanks for the pic. It looks like the shield is in place, but not attached. That does help, but I'm still not seeing the attachment points. The small stud/nut at the right on top seems to tie the shield to a bracket on the coolant fluid pipe headed to the firewall (not there in your pic). Otherwise?

It is attached in that pic, all three points are under the shield holding it to the oil cooler housing. You can only see them well from under the car
