Does the headlight washers still work for the car when you replace then without the pop up headlights?? I would think that the washers would over shoot the flat ones.

Why does everyone want to destroy something they don't make much of anymore?? Not many new cars out there are doing the "pop-up" thing.
The pop-up lights on my 944 amaze me. No matter what else is frozen on my car, the lights just pop up. No matter how much snow is piled on top of them, they just pop up. I used to have a TR-7 and those pop-up headlights were bad!! Never worked right. I expected a similar experience with the 944.....nope!! (so far).
Plus, it's like two cars in one. "Lights up" car and "lights down" car.
