Chris I have seen this happen a bunch of times...
As you can see the person trying to understand what is happening to it's comp, it see's and reads "are you sure you want to format c:, you will lose all previous information" <img border="0" alt="[ouch]" title="" src="graemlins/c.gif" /> and then the scripts skips the prompt and goes on and formats... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" /> hahaha that's the best suprise a user can have in my opinion...(or you change all of there passwords)
and then you come to the rescue and get there backup out.... Mouuuuhahaha <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />
and all along it was YOU!!!! <img border="0" alt="[hiha]" title="" src="graemlins/roflmao.gif" />

Charles it WASNT me, but i did have one of my interns last year (as a project) build a boot disk with a script, boot to server and install from an .iso stored on a the Novell server. Of course he has to have admin rights to a NT server.. yadda, yadda. He wrote a delete clause into the script as a practical joke on me April fools last year. It took me a minute to remember Ctrl-Brk the dos run prior to the inevitable. Yep, I gave him an A. Very clever. I was LOL for a good week. Good thing I pay attention during OS load. Oh,BTW ~ I also collect viruses...
Bwuuhahah!! (my evil scary voice now) There is no level of password security that is unhackable.
Another note on security....
After a fdisk and even low level format the previous data is STILL recoverable from ANY hard drive. I KNOW of drives recovered with platters that had been purposefully physically damaged to hide data. Be careful what you download....
Ok, My geek hat is now off.. Back to working on my mountain bike. Gotta get it ready (bearing repack) for Moab (and a WHOLE lot more!). It takes up over half my hatch- wheels and pedals are off!

i usually reserve them as a payload when someone tries to remotely login to my server as admin /administrator / root after 3 unsuccesful attempts. Thats MY security blanket.
Thats me, plain MEAN.
I LOVE push technology.

<strong>First, shut down and reboot the machine so that you can gain access to the system's installation directory. You can use a DOS disk to access a FAT partition's installation directory and NTFSDOS PRO (which is capable of writing to an NTFS partition) to access an NTFS partition's directory. After you access the installation directory, rename the "logon.scr" as "logon.scr.bak", then copy "command.com" to "logon.scr". After you reboot the machine and wait about 15 minutes, the system will present you with a DOS prompt. At this point, you have full administrator access. Don't know if it helps and I dont want to know. I just cut and pasted it. Good luck.
