Is the chip oriented correctly?
Is the new chip the correct # of pins?
What brand is the chip?

DOH.. if you send it to me I can pull the chip image off it and see if they sent you a blank chip..

with the new chip, did you try different FQS settings? There is also a plugged in pigtail in the DME harness, pull it out with the new chips in and try it...

Our cars use 3 different chip images in one bundle, the pig tail selects which one is being used out of the 3, if your chip only has maps in slot 1 but you have a pigtail for slot 2 or 3 it will result in no start... put in your chip, pull the pigtail, try again... or try to get a refund on the Bogus chips... and stick to ones known to work well...

You truly do get what you pay for..

There is only so much a chip can do on a N/A, but I have heard they do something...
