I'll buy the manual steering rack and swap out my power- really. Porsche manual isnt too bad when slow- have her drive it first. I love my manual steering- better road feel. at speeds over 10 mph you dont even notice it. But parallel parking - that could be an issue.

you could more than likely find someone to trade you out straight up. Manual rack with U joints... for ps pump, rack, tank, lines, and ps u joints.

I would choose manual steering for myself but my wife isnt too optimistic about the whole thing. weve been shopping for about 3 months and there are NO N/A's with power steering that are worth buying. we finally found one and its manual.. so thats the situation were in. if we can find all the equipment for a straight swap then its pretty much bolt on? thanks for all the help and im looking forward to being a proud owner of a porsche.
