Back to the regularly scheduled pre-OT'd post:

Sounds nice Chad. You've got to be as giddy as a 1st grader on Christmas morning.

Thanks man. For some reason, I cannot seem to stay out of the garage.

Chad - sounds awesome. The gear noise coming through is just icing on the cake.

Just a regular S2 trans. Solid Lindsey mount. Most of the sound travels through the mount. Since there is no interior, it is amplified.

Thats what I thought, it just sounds more whiney than I expected. Really awesome. Any additional vibrations?

None so far. I have noticed a bit more precision in the shifting department. A lot less sloppy and smooth.

The car sounds absolutely wonderful! Pity you don't live over here in Birmingham, you could just drive up and down my street in the morning, for, I dunno...say, an hour or so. I can only imagine what it's going to sound like when you wind it out. Congrats!

Chad, thanks for posting that. I'm still building my car and was slightly worried about sound because i don't want it to sound like a ricer, but this is nice. Guess i got to get myself a racersedge manifold, the rest we can do here.

I also am appalled at your daredevillish driving and you gung ho attitude shown in this video. Really driving at the limits of control should be punishable with a Porsche camp 4 experience or so....
