THEY LOOK AT AT CARS WITHIN A 100 MILE RADIUS - THERE ARENT THAT MANY IN MY AREA AND THE ONES THAT ARE JUST NOT AS NICE AS MINE. THEY ALSO CALLED A FEW DEALERS TO SEE WHAT THEY WOULD SELL THE CAR FOR. IM STILL TRYING....

When we spoke i forgot to mention ebay completed items. print out a bunch of them nationally, and stress the ones that didnt meet reserve.

also 11300 is 12260 after tax, before deductible.

they are getting there. tell them your lawyer says its not enough! use the buyback as your bargaining tool now. try to get them to sell you the car cheap.

look at it this way, if they were going to give you 9300 before, and now give you 9300 and the car they got 2k for the car, which is more than a wholesaler would have given them. if the motor& turbo is stil good could that fetch maybe 1500, seats 500, etc. then you have the rest of the car to play with.
