I am trying to find a source on the internet for metric nuts, bolts and washers in yellow zinc to match the original fasteners that Porsche uses. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Terry

Go down to your Toyota dealer! Tons of metric stuff in 8.8 and 12.9. Same yellow cadmium plating too. Every chance I get, I replace my Porsche bolts with Toyota ones. Especially those common 6mm ones with the 10mm head that's used on the belt-housing covers, the fenders and the belly-pans. The built-in washers allow you to drop them into a socket and push up to install! Easily saves 15-minutes on an oil-change.

Honda also has the nitrided nuts and bolts...

Speaking of such, What size are the belt housing
cover bolts and the cooling fan mounting bolts?

Try www.eagleday.com They carry an assortment, and some individual sizes specifically for the 944s. I can across them looing for Norma Clamps, and found the rest.
