not really 'urgent' but would like help ASAP considering my dad and I are just sitting waiting for someone to respond ;-). I haven't the slightest clue on how to work the thing, I don't really care, I haven't really tried... My dad has tried and is trying now, but asked me to come see if anyone could give some good worded or pictorial help on how to tension the cam belt with this new automatic tensioner that's on the Turbo... Thanks in advance.

First, set it all up to TDC. This way you can be sure nothing moves.
On the tensioner arm itself, there is a locknut on a stud that needs to be loosened. Back off that nut a touch, and "bounce" the tensioner arm with the handle from a jack or a breaker bar. Push down to release tension on the belt, then let up to add tension. You want to "bounce" it a few times, then lock the nut back down. Roatate the motor 10 or so times and re-check to see if it is at TDC.
That's it.
