Default Multiple Dash Lights On - Please Help

Hi guys...I'm a new member and I could really use your help. I just changed all the belts (timing, balance, serpentine, and p-steering) and water pump on my 1987 944 na. All seem fine on the initial drive to return the cooling pressure tester to Autozone (about a 3 mile drive). When I came out and started the car the following lights all stayed on:
Exclamation
Brake Pad
Brake Fluid
Oil Pressure.

When the car starts and is running the oil pressure reads 5 on the scale. I have checked the oil and it is less than a half a quart low. In my research on this forum of previous posts, I have found that it may be the oil pressure releif valve. I am wondering what are the logical steps for trouble shooting this issue.

My thoughts are:
1. Completely top off the oil
2. recheck belt tension
3 make sure crank bolt is torqued to spec (i did not remove pulley for belt instalation)
4. Hope that the lights are out by now
5. replace oil pressure releif valve or can I just change the o-rings?
