Question Its to Sunny for PROBLEMS... Surging 90 S2

I drive my car every day, and have just gotten back from a week and a half work trip. Now, instead of being able to enjoy the nice Vancouver weather. I have an issue.

1990 S2 ~85 XXXkm
- Starting, idling, driving - no problems COLD.
- Once warm/hot the car hesitates under acceleration... unless you open her up.(but still is rough)
-Some times (prior to this crippling problem) the car would stumble on cold start up. At which point I would restart and it would be fine there after.
-Also when the car is under no load (revving from engine compartment) there seems to be no problem.

Remedies tried so far:
-Fuel Filter
-Fuel strainer cleaning(complete tank drain)
-Oxygen Sensor
-Spark plugs

Next, I'm about to diagnose the
AFM
Temp Sensor (DME)

What else might have I over looked?

Im really hoping to find the source of the issue fast. As the car is my daily.

-Nick
