I bought a $345 AFM chip from John about a month ago for my 951. It's been fantastic. But it's for sale...why? I'm putting in a Vitesse MAF.

FWIW, I replaced a 951MAX chip that beat my car to death (detonation) and had to replace the head gasket because of it. Nothing else changed - installed the Vitesse AFM chip and she runs like a top. My chip is for the stock 26/6 turbo.

John allows you to tweak the FQS switch on the DME - here are the options available:

FQS 0 & 4: 15psi boost (Always start at this positio
FQS 1 & 5: +5% Fuel
FQS 2 & 6: -5% Fuel
FQS 3 & 7: +10% Fuel
FQS 4,5,6 & 7: Retards timing (for low octane gas).

It's good for 17PSI of boost on 93 octane. I've used it with an Accuboost dialed in at 15PSI and it's worked very well. FYI - there's no KLR chip like with the 951MAX chips. You just keep your stock KLR chip and only replace this one.

This thing is literally brand new - maybe 500 miles on it.
