Lightbulb broken radiator drain plug (stuck in radiator)????

Does anyone have any suggestions how to get this out so I can drain my coolant and put a new plug in? It broke in half, and that part is stuck in there...and since I found my coolant leak finally I want to drain the system.

Also, any suggestions on the best way to bleed the system?

Got a propane torch?

Take a nice big flathead screwdriver. heat it up (Stove top would also work, electric or gas)

When it's really hot, jam it in the plug (It's plastic right?) it will melt it's way in and give you a way to turn it.

Theres lots of more high techy ways but that should be doable with anything you have laying around.

You might want to try an Easy-Out. Or drill it out, let the system drain and then you should be able to work the plug out.

DO NOT USE AN ELECTRIC DRILL IF YOU DECIDE TO DRILL THE PLUG.

I got mine out with a large screwdriver. It just unscrewed without any drama. I think the plugs get brittle and snap without warning. I was not even turning it very hard.
