Default Problem removing castor block

Help! I've removed the control arms in preparation for installing the updated 968 castor blocks and delrin bushings and have run into a small problem...I can't get the outside locknut off the castor block. The inside came off pretty easy and was able to side the eccentric bolt out of the control arm. I've tried holding on to the adjusting tab with a wrench and placing it in a vise and it won't budge. Am I missing something here? and yes, I'm turning it the right way.

It's a lot easier if you take the nut off while everything else is still mounted and tight. Do you have access to air tools?
