Car is up on blocks, fans out, distribs and wires out, belts and covers out... dropped out the starter inspected the slave cylinder and moves freely going in after the master still waitin on the crank lock to do timing belts and water pump.

I took out the slave and disconnected the the line and still cant push down the clutch pedel so its got to be the master

Anything else i should be looking for ??

Rangerdave, what's your project? Or are you just doing random fixes?

Had a nighbor had this 85/1 sitting around for quite a few yrs cause the water pump had to be replaced, so after a few yrs of hounding him he finaly gave it to me ( hmmm was this a good idea?) so the work begins, the interior is mint and the paint needs a little buffing but no rust anywhere. had a hell of a time getting past the stuck alarm , but got that done.

I am very excitied about this redue! its only got 78,611 miles on her

u don't need a crank lock to get started. just let the car down and put the car in gear. 4 foot cheater bar and a 23mm or 15/16 socket. it works
