Post Do "rebuildable koni struts" exist?

Is there such a thing as a knoi strut for the 951 that can be rebuilt by simply installing a new insert. And I don't mean cutting the strut and drilling, I mean unscrewing the old insert and placing a new one in. Do they exist or are all of them sealed?
