I installed the welt front sway bar the paragon adjustable coil over kit with konis.
Question, it seems like the drop link kit is too long with the lowering done by the coil over kit. I have the bottom hats 10 threads down from the top. At this height the a-arms are not parallel to the ground and the drop liks are a tight fit adjusted to their shortest length.
Any suggestions or is this just the way it is with this set up?

It really shouldn't matter how low your car is. As long as the drop links are set approximately equal on both sides, you then set them for zero pre-load. Mine end up with the end of the bar parallel to the ground. Pretty much like in M758's pictures.
