Default Suspension Question once again

So I'm finally going to pull the trigger and do the suspension on my car. I am looking at replacing the front control arm bushings along with the front sway bar bushings. I am also want to replace the shocks and struts with some KYB's and put a set of 200 lbs springs on the front. Here is my questions I heard that paragon if you order new control arms will put the bushings and stuff on for free then send them to you. Is that true? Also would it be easier to just swap out the control arms. What else needs to be replaced on the control arms? I just want to swap out the control arms and put in the other new parts. Would this all work out?

new control arms and ball joints. Aftermarket bushings just slip on so they can be done very easily.

As said above most cars have rubber bushings from the factory or OEM replacements. They need to be pressed in. If you go aftermarket to Urethane, Delrin or similar you can lube them and in most vehicles will simply slide into place, lube dries and your all set

If you do decide to go OEM or OEM replacement more than likely it will require pressing into the arms or housings. When I do bushings on my BMWs I try to go urethane/Delrin. Being a DIY guy I like to be able to do it all myself. Local shops will press in bushings usually for a 20 spot
