Post 944 Gremlin....

My car has been doing this ever since I've owned it. Mechanics haven't been able to figure it out. Sometimes i'll be driving and the car will just start to sputter and the RPM's just drop. What i have to do is push in the clutch and just give it gas to get the RPM's up to about 4,000 plus. I'll have to hold it there for a few seconds then it starts to drive fine again. Has anyone else had this problem?

I've recently changed the fuel rail, fuel filter, fuel pump, cap and rotor, ignition wires, and spark plugs.

Ryan,
In case you might want to "clean up" your sig line a bit...

Surround your web site address with the following:

then follow with whatever you want to call the link, as in:
My Car Looks Like This

and your sig will look like this!
