i discussed with local Porsche mec and he told me the cheapest way to do 968 mirror conversion is to order 968 CS mirror kit.This kit has no electricals but you can use your 944 electrics.You need to have 4 longer screws from 968 to bolt on the electric motors to reinforcement piece.944 screws are little bit too short.

what do you mean? Those parts are available from all of the Porsche parts store.
I got mine from Porsche factory customer center at Zuffenhausen when i vistited there a year ago.I have also ordered parts directly from there.

here is a list of the parts of the 968 ClubSport manual mirrors.
If you go to the dealer, go through it because the black plastic part that holds the swivel for the mirror came doubled with that list, but I can't find which reference it is.
BTW the prices are Swiss Francs.
