What's A Good Idle Vac Pressure?

I was reading some posts from others about vacuum leaks and such...was curious if there is a range that shows you what good vacuum pressure is on an aftermarket boost gauge?
After my car warmed up today at idle I was at around 15-18.
It would seem that a leak wouldn't neccesarily drop the pressure by a determined amount...guess it would be related to how big the leak is...but just curious if there was a baseline measurement to indicate solid pressure.

Warm idle: 18-20''hg
Cold Start: 12-14''hg
This is on a brand new top end,, every hose and line replaced. Anything less than 18'' at warm idle and i would be looking for leaks.

thanks - i just had the head off (HG replacement) and all new vacuum lines done w/ Lindsey kit.
So far so good I guess. I'm typically closer to 20 than 15 at warm idle (cold idle #'s sound close on my car too...) so I think I'm OK.
