it was installed on the car and i had the car reved up. tested lead. i'll take it out and bench test it too

It's not just about the rpm. Was the car all the way up to normal operating temperature?
Early cars take a bit longer to warm the sensor since they are not heated like the late 3 wire ones.

problem bypassed...i bought a zeitronix wideband with narrowband output hehe.

gonna install it this week and see if that fixes all the problem
