Stripped a CV bolt

Stripped a CV bolt
Me and my friend were moving smoothl along on my clutch change when it all came to a hault. I was on the last bolt on the second CV joint, and it just stripped the head out. There's nothing left; it's just a round head.
Whta do I do? My friend and I came up with two ideas:
Saw a slot into the bolt, and try to turn it with a flat piece of metal or something
or
get and extracter set and get it out that way.
What really frustrates me is that things were going so smoothly, and I was actually enjoying working on the car. All the other bolts came out fine, things were going smoothly, and then this. Stupid car! <img src="graemlins/cussing.gif" border="0" alt="[grrrrrrr]" />

If all you did was strip out the 12 point insides, the outsides can be gripped with Vise Grips and taken out that way. If the head is stripped away and all the other bolts are out, slip the joint off the one remaining bolt carcass after sliding the opposite cv joint loose. Then the cascass will just spin out.
