My gauge cluster from NH Speedometer
On a few occasions, folks have asked me for pics...and I've always said..."ok..when I get around to taking them"....so I took a few and they did not come out well.
Then I got to thinking and realized I'd taken a few before I installed it...so here is the cluster.
For the record, I sent a used cluster to North Hollywood Speedometer and had them do:
1) complete recondition including that odo gear that strips
2) White faces with new day-glo needles
3) recalibrate the temp gauge to read in actual TEMP rather than zones
4) Blue backlighting
5) set to match the odometer in my car (was around 180,000 or 190,000 at that time)
6) Ship back to NJ
Total cost was in the neighborhood of $750. If I wanted to do this again...I might try on my own...and if it worked out, it would be much cheaper....but North Hollywood did a beautiful job and were GREAT to deal with !
