Hate to rain on parades, The tranny takes 2.75 quarts. at the end of 2 quarts I had fluid running out of the fill hole.. waited a few minutes and was able to pump in more. had to do this about 6-7 times till I had a constant flow out of the fill hole. Which was about 2.75 quarts. During draining I put that side of the car on the ground to drain it out. got more. But like I said it seemed to come out. after 2 quarts. I had to let it settle for a few minutes and was able to pump in nearly .75 of a quart more. HTH.

I use a old bosch fuel pump from a ford truck to pump it in and out with my booster box works well I have a remote starter button I use for the hot side to turn the pump off and on. Saves alot of hassle on more than just the P-car
