Post free to a good home--87 S parts

I've got a box of used 87 S spares I keep tripping over in my garage. The first person who posts a passable poem saying why they love their S will get it for the cost of shipping($10).

Included are a bunch of rad and other hoses in pretty good shape, valve springs from an 80K miles car and a t-belt roller or two plus some other junk. The hoses would be handy for emergency spares.

I prefer Paypal, and will relist if payment is not received with two weeks. They must go!

ummm.......I'm not very good at creative writing, I'm going to school for computer networking (read- I'm a poor college student with no groveling skills). Anyway, I bought this S really cheap, but the PO was a stupid teenager (I guess I really can't talk- I'm 19) so it's a little rough around the edges, but it's really coming along. I'm in the process of changing belts/chain and other preventative maint. that wasn't done as well as paint it, Guards Red-like it is now. Anyway, I hope this is a good enough poem!

OK, I need two words that rhyme. Groveling won't do, although it always helps. Throw me a frikkin bone, here.

the 944s is a wonderful beast
the extra valves it has make it liked the least
but that doesnt worry or trouble me at all
my 944s has never failed to enthrall

i dont even want the belts and springs and stuff.. i dont really have a use for em, i just think the 944s doesnt get enough respect
got any other goodies?

944s, 944s, where for art thou 944s....

There once was a 944s from Nantucket
Its engine blew up so I said...hehe

My Porsche is nimble
My Porsche is quick
My Porsche fast
and its the $hit

My Porsche is not red
My Porsche is not blue
My Porsche is not purple
now give me the stuff!!

S... oh S. your headlights are like a full moon.(thanks ice shark) I love the way your hatch gives me a little whistle when I take you over 60. I love the way I cannot take you through the new touchless carwash because you let water pass in large streams from your sunroof and onto my head. Most of all I love the way that for no reason what so ever you will turn on your windshield wipers for a second then turn them back off (sometimes). Oh, my S.

I dont have an S, nor do I need the parts but wasn't this fun.

Yeah, I'd better stop this now before it gets real ugly. Sharky47, that was an EXCELLENT poem!

You win the parts. I'll send you an pm, or send me one if you're not set up for it.

But really, I think you're all winners!

Dammit! Well, anyway:

Twas a beautiful night, dark and surreal, the sound of STYX and an occasional tire squeal.

Indeed, twas a fine Indiana evening, for Matt and I to admire as we speed home in an S, just acquired.

But when we crested a hill, the car shut off!
The horror, the shock! A nightmarishly paralyizing fright! "Sonnofabitch!" Matt yelled into the disdainful night.

A sewing machine was under the hood... the key was turned, but did no good.

F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**K F**k

The end.

My porsche is great, one of the best on the road;
I love to take care of it, as my pictures will show;
Yet parts it will need, as it increases in age;
that's why I beg for your help, and ask for your aid;
Help me dear Peckster, send your parts to me;
for I will be grateful, eternally

Hey that's not too shabby for a college student but thank God i'm not an English major. Just the same i could use the parts if you're willing.
