Default Adding cruise control to a 924s

Hey guys,
So i'm missing having cruise in my car and i happen to have access to an 88 944na that i can get the cruise stuff out of, would this be a bolt in proposition? I see that my car has the wiring and plug for it in the engine bay, so i would assume it has it in the steering wheel as well. Would i need to get the stalk/guts from an early dash car to make it all work or would the late dash stuff work as well?

Any info is appreciated. Thanks

My guess would be yes and even then I think there might be some wiring issues depending on what DME is in your 87. I know there is an early and 'late' cc brain.
