Post How does rear speaker grill mount to siding in late model 944??

Need help figuring how to mount replacement rear speaker grills after swappinging the stock 4x6's for 6.5" speakers. No problem mounting the speakers but with the stock siding most of the larger speaker sits behind obstucted. So bought some grill covers from a later model and planning to cut out part of the siding then mount the new grills. Just need to figure out how to attach them.A picture would help if anyone has theirs apart. TIA

I just put the panel back on without putting grills on the actual speakers.

Are you talking about the body panel, or actual speaker grills? If it's the body panel, then yes, I have some pictures of when I just took mine apart.

I only have left-side though, the passenger side is a little different.
