Post ricey momo wing for 944's???

<a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33638&item=1876233029" target="_blank">momo rice wing on ebay</a>

I just came across this and had to show you guys. Never heard of a wing like this. I suppose its meant for track use. It doesnt look like its worth 1,100 bucks. The momo plates look plastic and just screwed on it. Am I wrong on something about this or does it look hokey to yall?

It looks like a generic aluminum spoiler (not a true aerofoil btw) that has "momo end plates"... The one in the picture appears photoshopped, and has black end plates.

What's even funnier is that you can see he bought the "momo" part of the wing <a href="http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=1255&item=1923870667" target="_blank">here</a> as two "racing momo" stickers, and the wing itself <a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6766&item=1874328696" target="_blank">here.</a>

It's funny. People think if they put a word in "quotes" it eliminates "fraud".

Thats pretty good. He buys the wing for $67.00 and the stickers for $6.00 Canadian and now it is worth $1100. Now that is what I call mark-up!
The sad part is that idiot will pay $400 or $500 for it and think he got a great deal.

I sent heim an email and asked if it is a 'true' Momo wing. Let you know what I hear.

Good catch, Ahmet!
If you're going to do fraud, don't use the same name to buy the stuff you're going to sell on the same auction site! <img src="graemlins/oops.gif" border="0" alt="[oops]" /> I mean, how hard was it to track down where this guy bought his "Momo" wing?

I guess crooks are dumb.

My friend wrote a program that lets you send an email and you can say it is from whoever you want... Maybe it could be from legal@momo.com or something a bit more creative.

That's funny. I worked at MOMO several years ago and there was never a wing like that in the product line-up.

just change your e-mail settings in outlook if you have a pop3, dont need a special program. if you have admin access on an smtp server that is even better

The wing shown on the car is different from the others. This guy's a real moron, who does he think he is, a value added reseller?

I wonder if he'll find any suckers to bid. Someone should send them a cautionary email if there is anyone. I'd do it but I'm out of town for a while.
