Just starting to part a 86 951 sadly

 

I haven't parted one out here in Honolulu, but I'm aware of 2 part-outs. Speedtek parted one N/A out. Sold me the dash. There's also another n/a on jackstands and slowly being parted out by somone else here.

 

first car: alpine white 84- engine failure (parts to Spencers dash project)
second 944: brown 85.5- sold to cousin who ran it out of oil, seized the engine, HAD A SEMI TRY TO BUMP START HIM and threw a rod through the block. Spencer has seen the hole in the block. This car and my uncles black 85.5 have donated quite a few things to my 88.
third 944: silver 88 NA... the last few years have been pretty hard on this one, but I'm still planning on swapping my engine out, rebuilding the suspension, getting black carpet, and way down the line a new dash. It still runs strong, but the cat I just put on it makes it sound horrible. That and the intermittent rough idling are a bit annoying. It is starting to leak a lot, and it is becoming apparent that I might not be able to put off that engine swap too much longer, but my budget was eaten by my wife's Odyssey's transmission.

Parted an early and late 85 944.

 

Currently working on 951 number 2. Both cars were totalled with serious frame/structural damage. Red one was rear hit and the black front hit.
